Paella Paella is a professional event catering company specialising in giant pan paella catering for special events and occasions for up to 200 people. Based on the south coast we cover an area that extends throughout Hampshire and West Sussex.
I spent 10 years catering for weddings and other events for up to 250 people doing formal sit down dinners, barbecues and hog roasts. While establishing Nicholsons I was unable to devote much time to outside catering. However we did a giant paella outside our restaurant two years ago for the annual Southsea Festival and after serving nearly 300 paellas have never looked back.
Within a week the phone was ringing to enquire about the giant pan paella and hence Paella Paella was born!
Our mission is to cook the best paellas using authentic ingredients and methods. We want to become the leading company in the South of England for giant pan paella catering. We aim to provide a highly professional and branded service with a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
